Follow this simple guide to consign your cards or sealed products, track your sales, and collect your payouts.

Step 1: Submit Your Items

  • Bring your single cards (raw or graded) or sealed boxes to our store.

  • Items must be clean, authentic, and accurately described.

  • Our staff will assist you in filling out a Consignment Intake Form.

Important:
Cards will be priced initially based on recent market data from PriceCharting and Collectr.

All consignors must have a registered account on our website before submitting products.

You can now upload your consignment items online:

Please bring the physical items to our store after submitting online. We will authenticate and approve them before listing.

Step 2: Smart Price Matching

  • To keep your items competitive, we apply Smart Price Match rules based on real-time market insights.
  • For single cards, we regularly adjust pricing based on the latest sales trends from PriceCharting and Collectr.
  • For sealed products, our pricing also references market data from these platforms to remain aligned with current values.
  • This is not direct syncing — our team actively reviews and updates pricing to reflect the most accurate and fair resale value.
  • You may also choose to mark your item as Members Only, offering special discounted pricing for our store members.

You don’t need to worry about daily price checking — we do it for you.

Step 3: Listing and Tracking

  • Once accepted, your items will be listed on our website and available for in-store customers.

  • You will receive access to our Consignment Portal where you can:

    • View active listings

    • Check sale status

    • Review past payouts

    • Upload Items

Step 4: Commission & Fees

  • Non-Member Sellers: 13% consignment fee.

  • Member Sellers:

    • 8% fee for items sold over $800.

    • 10% fee for items sold under $800.

Step 5: Payouts

  • Payout Schedule:
    Every two weeks, our system processes and issues payouts.

  • Payout Options:

    • Store Credit (Gift Card):
      Issued instantly. Gift cards can be used for shopping or redeemed in-store for cash with valid ID.

    • Cash Payout:
      Visit our store to redeem your gift card balance as cash.

Note:
Some gift cards may have been generated as your consignment payout.
They can be used for purchases or presented in-store for a cash payout.

Step 6: How to Upload Products

A. Raw Single Cards

• Search on TCGPlayer and copy the name and image for cover

• Upload at least 3 photos:

  - 1: TCGPlayer image (cover)

  - 2: Front of your actual card

  - 3: Back of your actual card

• Price: Must not exceed TCGPlayer market value

• Quantity: Number of identical cards

• Tags: Single Card, Raw,IP Name (Three separate Tag and Capital first letter First Tag ''Single Card'' has space) 

One Piece Tag; ''One Piece'' / Magic: The Gathering Tag;'' Magic''

• Options: Leave description and product type blank

B. Graded Cards

• Search the cert number on PSA (or other grading site)

• Use name + grade (e.g., “PSA 10 Pikachu VMAX”)

• Upload official image as cover

• Quantity: 1

• Barcode: Grading cert number

• Tags: Single Card, Slab,IP Name (Three separate Tag and Capital first letter First Tag ''Single Card'' has space)

One Piece Tag; ''One Piece'' / Magic: The Gathering Tag;'' Magic''

• Price: Must not exceed market value

C. Sealed Products

  • Find product on TCGPlayer, use its image
  • Description must include product type + what it contains
  • Tags (based on product type):
    • Pokémon English: Pokemon, English
    • Pokémon Japanese: Pokemon, Japanese
    • Pokémon Chinese: Pokémon, Chinese
    • Yugioh (Eng/Jpn): Yugioh, English or Japanese
    • Magic: Magic
    • Lorcana: Lorcana
    • One Piece: One Piece, English or Japanese

We may edit titles or prices to match market value.You can set a lower price for faster sale.You may also set a product as Members Only for better commission.

Important: No Counterfeits Allowed

Submitting fake cards or sealed products will result in:

    • Account ban
    • Forfeiture of all unpaid payouts
    • Permanent suspension from consigning

    • We reserve the right to pursue legal action for any submission of counterfeit goods.

FAQ

  • Q: Can I withdraw or change a listing after submission?
    A: Yes, but a small removal fee may apply if withdrawn early.

  • Q: What if my item doesn't sell?
    A: Listings are active for 90 days. You can choose to renew or pick up unsold items after.
